We're a small, growing tour company based in Vilnius, running day tours across Lithuania — Trakai, Kaunas, Kernavė and beyond. Some days it’s an intimate group of a handful; other days it's a full coach. What stays the same is the storytelling — real conversations and real stories that get people under the hood of the country. From the macro of why Lithuanian’s love cars so much to the micro personal experiences with the lads in Justiniškės.. or perhaps it is easier for you to describe Lithuania’s favourite dishes through the variances of your two grannies’ cooking style..

Who we're looking for
We work with licensed guides who know Lithuania's history and can bring it to life. The essentials:
A valid Lithuanian guide certificate
Fluent, confident English (our guests come from abroad)
An understanding of the history, the landscape, and the stories
The warmth and self-reliance to run a day on your own and make it memorable
Other languages, experience with international guests, or a driving licence are all welcome bonuses — not requirements.
What it's like to guide with us
You'd guide across the range — from small premium groups where there's time to really talk, to busier coach days with a full crowd. Whatever the size, the goal is the same, bring the history and place to life, and to send people home with a day they remember. You'll have the freedom to tell the story your way.
We work on a freelance, per-tour basis, so the schedule is flexible and fits around your own commitments. This can be regular days or more irregularly - we're growing and there's room to take on more as the business expands, for guides who want to grow with it.
